Manhyia Palace is the official seat of the Asantehene, the paramount ruler of the Ashanti Kingdom in Ghana. Located in Kumasi, it serves as the administrative and ceremonial center of the Ashanti royal household and traditional governance. The palace complex includes the current palace built in 1925 and the older palace which now functions as a museum showcasing Ashanti royal history and artifacts.
