Yendi Traditional Council

The Yendi Traditional Council is the paramount traditional authority of the Dagbon Kingdom in the Northern Region of Ghana. Headed by the Ya-Na (King of Dagbon), the council oversees customary governance, chieftaincy matters, and cultural preservation for the Dagomba people. The Gbewaa Palace in Yendi serves as the seat of the Ya-Na and the center of Dagbon traditional administration.
